At this moment when I launch the website it is pretty bare bones. We have created as comprehensive a list as we could, listing over 180 food trucks that are known to either be active or have been active in the area. Here are a few next steps that I am planning to accomplish as I await the start of the season in earnest:

  1. I will add links to each truck's website/social media that we can find. We will prioritize websites over social media sites when trucks have both.

  2. I will create an individual profile page for each truck. On this page I am hoping to list some basic information that will help folks find them or book them. This will include things like any minimums, preferred contact methods, etc.

  3. I am hoping to launch another section of the site that will have a resource library for owners and hopeful owners. Over my career I have encountered many tools and bits of information that could help others to be successful. I plan to share these freely. I have in mind things like food costing sheets, a list of permits, fees, and how to apply for them in the area, health code tips, etc.

  4. Hopefully, I will add a "booking a food truck guide", with helpful things to consider like how many trucks you typically want to invite for your guest count, and general requirements of the trucks you book.

  5. If I come across any food truck events, like the truck rally days at T&T Trucks Taps and Patio, I will have a section of the site for those.

Thanks for checking out the site and I hope to see you out in the community!
