Omaha Food Truck Finder began as a simple craving for authentic local flavors and the realization that tracking down the city's finest mobile kitchens was harder than it should be. We saw world-class chefs serving world-class street food across Nebraska, yet there was no central hub to bring them all together.
Our platform was built on a local-first mission: to elevate Omaha’s vendors and bridge the gap between hard-working culinary entrepreneurs and the fans who follow them from block to block. We hope to make finding the perfect truck for your next event as easy as possible!

We bridge the gap between hungry fans and mobile vendors, ensuring no culinary gem goes unnoticed across our city streets. We also envision a more cohesive food truck community that comes together to solve shared problems and find solutions so everyone can be more successful in elevating the Omaha street food scene

Meet the Team
Founder - Jon Taylor
A lifelong culinarian having worked extensively in the food service industry. Has been part of the ownership team of 2 food trucks in Omaha as well as a restaurant. Jon manages the site and tries to build connections in the Omaha food truck community.
Social Media Maven - Brittany Taylor
Wife of Jon, Director of the Neurodiversity Lab in the Institute for Human Neuroscience at Boys Town National Research Hospital, Brittany loves good food and helped build the directory. She also is Jon's constant sounding board and editor
General Consultant - Anna Waldner
With a background in Social Media and online Marketing for major corporations and mom and pop businesses, Anna has been an invaluable resource in building this website. She is also Jon's sister
