New Beginnings

After many years in the food service industry, I need a break. I am working on getting back to healthy, and thought while I am resting and recovering I need a good project for the year, something to reignite my passion for my craft.

From my time as a food truck owner I know how hard it is to get seen, get the word out that you are around. I also noticed that no matter how hard I looked I could not find a good, comprehensive list of all the food trucks operating in the greater Omaha/Council Bluffs area. So with that in mind, I started making my own with the help of my beautiful wife Brittany.

This year (2026), I am going to try to visit as many food trucks as I can, reconnect with the community, and offer my skills and knowledge to assist the food truck scene wherever I can.

This website is my attempt to create a resource library of great information whether you are a guest looking for a new truck to try out, a truck owner trying to get the word out about your business, or a hopeful owner who could use some resources to get up and running!
